Preferred File Format

We print everything from EPS format. Every file sent to us will be converted to an EPS file. Please do not send single files larger than 2GB.

Software

inDesign CS5 (indd), Illustrator CS5 (ai or eps), Photoshop CS5 (tif, eps or psd). Previous versions are also accepted. Corel Draw. Please export your file as an EPS instead of the native Corel Draw file.

Sorry, but we can not accept Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Publisher files.

Images

Accepted image types: tiff, eps. Convert RGB files to CMYK. No LZW compression or jpeg encoding. DPI depends on product and job.

Resolution Suggestions

Short Range - 100 DPI at final size. (anything that is viewed at close range)
Medium Range - 75 DPI
Long Range - 25 DPI

Color

All files must be accompanied by a hard copy proof or pdf. Colour or black and white lasers acceptable. Please provide a professional colour proof for accuracy.

CD, DVD, FTP. (Disks will be returned by request only)
